Rancho Kaya is an artist-run, home-based nonprofit arts initiative founded by artist Alexander Mignot and his wife Tzima Dimitra Tsitampani. After four years of construction it opened its doors each summer for exhibitions and projects, partnering with galleries around the world to create opportunities for both emerging and stablished artist.

Each summer, Mignot’s studio transforms into a public exhibition space, reimagining the gallery as a home-centered experience. In this lived-in setting, where making, showing, and gathering overlap, artists and visitors meet with a sense of warmth and hospitality that traditional white-cube spaces rarely allow. The result is an intimate, experimental platform where projects take shape, collaborations with partner galleries unfold, and both emerging and established artists share work in conversation with the rhythms of home.
